EDUCATION VOODOO KNOWS If you aren't reading Education Voodoo, shame on you. It's a fantastic blog about JCPS. Voodoo has been working on this story for a while and I hope and pray it gets picked up locally in the news media. Why would a very wealthy man who didn't attend JCPS, doesn't have children who attended JCPS want an unpaid position that pays $75 a meeting on the School Board? Money. He wants more. And his business does business with JCPS now, but not directly. Read the whole post here!
Thanks to VOODOO for bringing my assumptive errors to may attention. When I assume I only make an ass out of me. Clarification: Mr. Jones' children attended Manual after private elementary and middle school. He attended Louisville Public Schools but bailed when busing came into play. My bad. None of my errors change the fact he is trying to buy a seat on the school board for profit purposes while continuing to support a failed busing plan.
