IF THEY DESPERATELY NEED THE MONEY Then why are racetracks opposing a Constitutional Amendment that doesn't specifically protect THEIR industry.  If they think it is necessary for survival, then perhaps they could spend their time working on a proposal to insure they get a gaming license if they become available.  Quit complaining about not getting special protection in the Constitution and plan for a more general plan.  If you have to have the worst kind of crony capitalism I've ever seen to make your business work, perhaps your business model needs to be re evaluated. 

WHEN THE STATE RUNS OUT OF MONEY I want you to remember that the Democrats could not expand Medicaid fast enough while Republicans tried to slow down a massive expansion done by Executive Order by the Guvnah.  We are going to add 400,000 people to our Medicaid rolls and in a few short years, we are doing to have to pay 10% of those costs.  Assuming, of course, that the Feds can continue paying 90% and don't lower the reimbursements to the Commonwealth.  I'm sure nothing could go wrong.

TAX REFORM MY FOOT There is a bill that allegedly comes out of the so-called Tax Reform Commission.  It's not reform, it's tax increases.  It does very little, if anything, to streamline and make our system more efficient.  It even has some nifty income redistribution features in it.  Watch out, your taxes are going up if this thing passes.

YOU MUST BE CRAZY TO SMOKE Of course you don't have to be actually mentally ill, but if you are mentally ill, you are far more likely to smoke. 

HAVE HOME SALES FINALLY LEVELED OUT? The real estate market here has been remarkably stable compared the rest of the country, and it looks like we might be going in the right direction.  That would be nice. 

IRAN IS ALREADY NUCLEAR?  I'm sure nothing could go wrong with this.  And boy, can we all agree that the IAEA and the UN and every other psuedo world government body sucks at preventing crazy people from having things they shouldn't? 

ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL If you break into a house, are you an "out-of-status" tennant?  No, and that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard.  But there is an effort by Democrats in DC to change the language around illegal immigration to make it seem more inoccuous when they grant amnesty to illegals.  I will not fall for this semantic garbage and you should simply refuse to engage in this stupidity.

WOULD ANYONE CARE IF THIS HAPPENED? The Post Office is doing away with Saturday delivery.  Does anyone under the age of 60 care?
