WILL HE OR WON'T HE? Senator Rand Paul says he will decide next year whether or not to run for President. I think he'd make a fine President. I am also afraid of him becoming a perpetual losing candidate like his Dad. At least the "he has no experience" knock has been settled by our current President.
SAY YOU GET ARRESTED And let's just assume because you are a reader of this blog, you were arrested unjustly. And they take your DNA upon your arrest. How does this not feel like a violation of the 4th Amendment? Sure, it will help catch bad guys, but so would violating all of our rights. I am not comfortable with this bill and would prefer Kentucky wait until it's Constitutionality is decided.
THIS BILL, HOWEVER, I LOVE! A bill passed out a Senate committee that would cap spending on debt service at 6% of the General Revenue Fund. I love this, but doubt our House has the you know whats to take it up.
