I haven't done as much college football prep as I normally do, but any prep I do usually involves Phil Steele's College Football Preview.  So, Louisville has more returning starters (15 v. 11), the advantage at QB, and home-field advantage. BUT--in a rivalry game on a wet track where rushing is at a premium, and the Cats strong defensive line, the Cats pull the upset behind that and advantages in special teams.

But wait--after the game, the NCAA decides in a game that was truly dominated not by a team, but by the weather, the side with the quarterback named BRIDGEWATER should be alotted an extra six points.  Plus, says one NCAA official, "They're clearly the stronger side...get it?  STRONG?"
