London Broil Marinade

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 tsp Garlic (blanched/minced)
1 tsp minced shallot
zest of 2 oranges
1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 oz. rice wine vinegar
fresh pepper
2 egg yolks

*Great with Flank, Flat Iron, Hanger, Top Sirloin
* Great for Memorial day Beef Grill out
Minimum Marinade 1 hour for 1 inch thick Flat Iron/Hanger/Flank Turn Frequently/Tenderize with Fork Dry Off Before grilling Hot Grill/Spray with Pam




Chix Satay Marinade

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili flakes
24 leaves of Cilantro chopped

Marinate Chicken Breast (tenderized/Tenderloins or Drumstick-wings for
1.5 hours-4 hours

Peanut -Chili sauce to go with it

1 cup Jiff Creamy Peanut butter
2 ounces sweet thai chili sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1.5 cups fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
2 ounces rice wine vinegar
kosher salt/pepper/tabasco

*Puree all in food processor until smooth!!
